First Day of My Last Spring Quarter at UCLA!!!

I can't believe that today was the beginning of my last quarter at UCLA! It's hard to believe how freaking quickly these 4 years have gone by! Today was a pretty nice day, and a good start to the quarter! I woke up early at 7 even though I didn't have class until 10. Most people I know can't figure out why in the world I would want to wake up so early every day, but I always feel like if you stay sleeping in bed too long then the day is wasted. So today when I got ready, I decided to wear a long tropical style dress to put myself in the mood for Tahiti, and it put me in a good mood to start my day. I ran some errands in Westwood and on campus before school started, and when I stopped into my office at work, I discovered that I had won Employee of the Month for March!!! That made me happy, especially since I got $25 on my bruincard! :) Then we had our first class for the MBQ, where we had lecture, talked about our trip and got assigned our small groups for our research project! For our lunch break I headed over to the house, and to my surprise there was a gift for me in the foyer from my secret sisses for senior celebration!!! I guess it's technically not starting this week, but since I'm going to be gone the majority of the weeks and for senior banquet (and bar crawl!) :( they started my gifts early!!! It was a nice treat to walk into the house and see a big gift with my name on it! :) The rest of my day was pretty dull- back to class and then to work, but the first half of my day was so good it made the rest of my day very cheery! Now I'm just watching a few TiVo'd episodes of LOST, then to bed, so I can wake up and have another good day tomorrow!!!!!
